3 Ketone Recipes You MUST Try

It’s no secret that beta hydroxybutyrate (BHB) can significantly improve physical and mental performance on a keto diet, but what if it tasted AMAZING also? That’s where we come in, with 3 fantastic ketone recipes!

1. Sparkling Ketone Cocktail

 

A little bit of fresh produce and soda water go a long way with these sparkling ketone cocktails. All you need to do is mix 1 scoop of KetoLogic BHB with 12-16 oz. of soda water and ice for a delicious, fizzy non-stim energy drink. Take it a step further and drop in some orange wedges with our Orange-Mango BHB, cucumber slices and lime wedges with our Cucumber-Lime BHB, and apple chunks with our Apple-Pear BHB. The citrus rinds contain oils that are much more flavorful than the fruit juice, so you don’t have to squeeze any juice in your cocktail!

2. Ketone Ice Pops

 

How’s this for a cool ketone recipe? Chill out this summer with a ketone ice pop. Mix 1 scoop of KetoLogic BHB in any flavor with 12-16 oz. of water and pour into an ice pop mold (an ice cube tray will work too). Leave in the freezer for 2 hours. Tip: run the mold or tray under hot water to quickly loosen the popsicles when they’re ready.

3. Ketone Slushies

 

Can’t wait 2 hours for a frozen ketone treat? Fear not, we have the ketone recipe for you. Simply take 1 cup of ice, 1 cup of water, and 1 scoop of KetoLogic BHB in any flavor and create a ketone slushie! Add more ice or water until you reach your desired consistency.
