How to Eat Keto at any Restaurant

Eating Keto-approved at any restaurant (yes, any of them) is waaaaaaaaaaay easier than you think.

Here’s the key to being successful: You have to modify all your orders. I get it – you don’t want to be high-maintenance or a pain to the kitchen staff. But it’s not as difficult as you think. Just be polite and clear when requesting your modifications and there shouldn’t be any problems.

Here are a couple examples of easy keto modifications to popular menu items:

Craving a juicy burger? Delicious burgers can still be a part of your life. Lose the bun (and fries) and add extra cheese (or bacon). BOOM! Your meal is keto.

Craving Mexican food? Go for the fajitas. Skip the tortillas (in fact, save your server a trip and ask them not to bring any to the table so they’re out of sight). Add extra queso or shredded cheese and this meal is, dare I say, even more delicious now! Want to make it even better? Add guacamole! (In general, adding avocados to every meal is a MUST when applicable!)
