We’ve heard nothing is better than avocados. We respectfully disagree. Avocados mashed up with cilantro and lime are better than avocados. Making this guacamole couldn’t be any easier either! Simply mash a ripe avocado in a bowl with red onions, cilantro, fresh garlic, lime juice, tomatoes, and olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Tip: add a pinch of lime zest for a stronger, limey flavor with less sugar.

Simply mix all ingredients in a large bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with raw crunchy veggies or other keto-friendly snacks.
