Molly Devine, RD, LDN, entered the world of nutrition from a background as a personal chef, collegiate athlete, and lover of all things food. She believes that nutrition is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle and integral to both disease prevention and intervention. As a registered dietitian, she specializes in adult weight management, integrative and functional nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes management, food allergies and sensitivities, wellness education, and customized meal planning.
Molly is an advocate for the ketogenic diet as a safe and effective way to help her patients improve their health, lose weight, increase their energy, boost physical and mental performance, and beat sugar addiction (it’s evil!). Through her own personal experience and education, she has become a keto-enthusiast and is able to develop customized healthy and flavorful meal plans for her patients. As a busy mother of three, Molly knows that sustaining a healthy way of eating requires meal planning with recipes that are both nutritious and delicious.
Molly received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from North Carolina Central University and completed her Dietetic Internship through Meredith College. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Languages and Linguistics from Georgetown University and is fluent in Spanish. She lives in Durham, North Carolina with her family.
