CEO Message about COVID-19

Your daily life has probably changed a lot in the past few weeks, and every day seems to come with new challenges to address as concerns about COVID-19 continue to rise. 

Here at KetoLogic, we take your health and wellness seriously. Our mission to provide you with the highest quality keto resources remains.

Here is how we are responding to the challenges associated with COVID-19: 

  1. Thoroughly-researched fact-based content. It has always been our goal to provide you with comprehensive, well-researched content on the topics of health, fitness, wellness, and diet. Because COVID-19 impacts your health, we are working to provide you with new articles on topics like immune health, managing stress, and maintaining overall wellness. All of our articles, recipes, and other resources remain free to support your ketogenic lifestyle.

  2. We are continuing to deliver shelf-stable staples to your door. We are committed to uninterrupted and timely delivery of your favorite shelf-stable pantry products, including all of our keto supplements. We know many of you are required to, or are choosing to, quarantine or stay at home right now, so are stocking up on pantry items. We have efficiencies in place for large and frequent orders, so as much as possible, we will be offering discounts on larger orders to make our products more accessible to you during this time. 

  3. We are shipping your orders as fast as possible. COVID-19 has not yet impacted our supply chain, and our shipping times are currently normal. We will update you if this changes.

  4. Our team is working from home, and we have suspended business travel and events. We are giving our team flexible working hours to make sure they can take care of their health and their families during this time.
     
  5. We are closely monitoring our manufacturing facilities. Our manufacturing process has not changed, and we will continue to maintain the highest standards for cleanliness in our facilities. All of our manufacturing happens domestically in the United States, and our warehouses are strictly following CDC recommendations on top of our normal safety and cleanliness protocols. 

  6. We are partnering with food banks to donate shelf-stable foods. In this time of uncertainty, food insecurity is a reality to some people. To the best of our ability, we are doing our part to support the needs of those who are more negatively impacted during this time.

  7. We will keep you updated (as needed). I know you are probably getting a lot of COVID-19 updates from companies you follow. We will only email you with updates that directly impact you to keep the clutter minimal in your inbox.
