- 1 tablespoon KetoLogic® MCT Oil + 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream (optional)
- 1-2 scoops KetoLogic® KetoMeal®
- 1 scoop KetoLogic® Coffee Creamer

- Combine all ingredients in a large cup and blend with a handheld immersion blender. 2) Another option is to put in a standard blender (see note).
