Keto Orange Creamsicle Shake
A refreshing, keto-friendly shake that takes less than five minutes to make. Swap whipping cream for almond or coconut milk. Only 6g of carbs and 180 calories per serving, it’s the perfect low-carb summer drink!

- 1 Scoop Orange-Mango KetoLogic BHB
- 8-12 ounces Water
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 Scoop Vanilla KetoLogic KetoMeal
- Heavy Whipping Cream (optional)
- Almond Milk (optional)
Preparation

- Add together 1 cup of ice with 8-12 oz of water into the blender.
