Coconut oil is good for you, but you do have to be careful and make sure your doctor knows and allows it.Otherwise, this has a lot of good internal and external benefits. My body responded very well to these coconut oil tabs. My digestion is a bit out of sorts, just normal stress related stuff. These have made dropping a deuce easier and more frequent. I recommend them to anyone who experiences dehydration in any form

Comes in a sealed plastic box. The coconut oil itself is light and not too thick. I have not consumed it as a capsule but just used the coconut oil. Personally, the capsules are too big , about 1 inch which is difficult to consume for me.
