Very tasty and very filling

This is about the only actual keto shake mix that I have found. If you know anything about keto, you need to have more fat than you do protein, and this fits the bill perfectly along with very little carbohydrates does not raise my blood sugar as I’m a diabetic and it taste great.

Love the flavor

I put a half scoop into my morning coffee, it tastes just like hot chocolate! Tastes great! I also add another half scoop mid afternoon for a quick pick me up and to help me stay away from the snacks. It also helps keep you from eating too much during mealtime.
