Use your favorite flavor of KetoLogic BHB to make these keto-friendly ice pops. They’re low-carb and easy to make, perfect for hot summer days. All you need besides the BHB is water and a popsicle kit.

  1. Mix together the two scoops of KetoLogic BHB with the 24 ounces of water and pour evenly into the popsicle molds.
  2. Put the sticks in the molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. If you have trouble keeping the sticks in the center of the mold, use a piece of tape to hold them in place.
