And on top of the amazing taste, our light and fluffy waffles also have a healthy dose of MCT oil powder to give you that extra boost of satiating fat and steady energy.

Note: Can also be made as pancakes. Can substitute Vanilla or Strawberry KetoMeal® in this recipe.


  1. Combine almond flour, KetoMeal® and baking powder in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Mix vanilla extract, egg, and heavy cream in a separate mixing bowl.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently mix. Add a little water if batter seems too thick.
  4. Pour into waffle iron and cook until golden.
