Treat yourself by adding coconut milk to your next meal replacement drink. It adds a nice touch of flavor, and it can be turned into a shake by simply tossing it in the blender with a few cubes of ice. Note that it will increase the total carbs a bit, so save this one for a day when you are either treating yourself, or you have some carbs to spare from the day’s calories.



  1. Simply mix together the MRP with coconut milk, or combine both with the ice in a blender and mix until smooth.
