KetoLogic MRP and Coconut Milk

Treat yourself by adding coconut milk to your next meal replacement drink. It adds a nice touch of flavor, and it can be turned into a shake by simply tossing it in the blender with a few cubes of ice. Note that it will increase the total carbs a bit, so save this one for a day when you are either treating yourself, or you have some carbs to spare from the day’s calories.
- 1 scoop MRP (flavor of your choice)
- 8 ounces coconut milk
- 4 cubes of ice (optional)
- Simply mix together the MRP with coconut milk, or combine both with the ice in a blender and mix until smooth.
