For your next BHB drink, try mixing it with a little sparkling water instead of tap water. The fizz adds a nice little punch, and the carbonation can actually leave you feeling fuller and more satiated than regular water. Adding a squeeze of citrus or cucumber to your favorite flavor puts the finishing touches on this guilt-free cocktail.
- 1 scoop KetoLogic BHB (flavor of your choice)
- 8-12 ounces sparkling water
- Slice of cucumber, lime, or orange (optional garnish)
- Mix a scoop of your favorite flavor of KetoLogic BHB into sparkling water and add a slice of either cucumber, lime, or orange (or all three).
