How did you hear about the keto diet?
It seems like everyone is talking about it!
Why did you decide to try the keto diet?
I was interested in the science behind it. And it really seemed to work.
What other diets have you tried? How does keto compare?
None. I used to work out almost daily but that has become more challenging the more kids we have. 😂
What was the most challenging aspect(s) of the keto diet?
You need to plan ahead a lot in the beginning so you don’t find yourself hungry with nothing in your kitchen to grab and eat.
How did you overcome your top challenge(s)?
Just made it a habit to plan my meals ahead for the day.
Why did you decide to participate in THE KETO 30 challenge?
I wanted to see if with the 30-day bundle as my tools, I could successfully lose weight without starving.
How did you feel while doing THE KETO 30?
Surprisingly good! I wasn’t as tired and didn’t rely on caffeine as much to get through my days.
What was your favorite part about THE KETO 30?
How quickly my stomach literally deflated once I was off carbs!
What was your least favorite part? Not eating sweets.
What’s your favorite KetoLogic MRP flavor?
Vanilla because it tasted good and wasn’t chalky at all. It’s great alone, but I especially liked it with a little cinnamon sprinkled in!
What’s your favorite KetoLogic BHB flavor?
Apple-Pear! It tasted surprisingly good. I added more water than recommended to get it to just the right sweetness for me.
What advice would you give to someone considering the keto diet and/or THE KETO 30?
Plan to commit to this change in eating… don’t just wake up one day and hop on the bandwagon. Good planning will help you succeed.

You will really be amazed at the transformation if you stick to the Keto 30 Plan. You can do it!
