The keto 30 challenge was amazing! I felt it was easy to stick with because I wasn’t starving. After the 30 days my clothes fit better and my energy was better than ever before!
What advice would you give to someone considering the keto diet and/or THE KETO 30?
I would tell them to absolutely go for it!! My favorite keto meal was the chocolate shake and my favorite bhb was definitely the raspberry lemonade!! I had a ton of energy which is something I really need with three kids.
