Tell us a little about yourself. I’m a simple guy that enjoys outdoors and family.
How did you hear about the keto diet? Through a friend. Then I researched it and it fit me really well.
Why did you decide to try the keto diet? Needed a jumpstart to my weight loss journey.
What other diets have you tried? How does keto compare? I’ve tried them all… keto was different in that I was able to stick with it day in and day out. I was never hungry and lost all my cravings for bad snacks.
What was the most challenging aspect(s) of the keto diet? Learning to add fat in your diet because we have been taught for years that fat was bad for you.
How did you overcome your top challenge(s)? Feeling full all the time curbed my cravings and kept me on track with my weight loss.
Why did you decide to participate in the KETO 30 challenge? It was the jumpstart I needed.
How did you feel while doing the KETO 30? I felt great! The recipes and shakes were great.

This program is wicked good if you like meats and high-fat proteins. I would suggest it to anyone looking to lose substantial weight.
