Tell us a little about yourself: I am a personal trainer in WA. In May, I underwent emergency surgery that restricted me from workouts for 6 weeks and threw off my meal prep and workout routine.
How did you hear about the keto diet? My clients were having great results from the keto diet.
Why did you decide to try the keto diet? I wanted to try and find myself again after surgery. Nothing was structured for me. I didn’t have my eating right and I couldn’t get back to my normal workouts. I almost went 6 months without a normal workout routine due to surgery and injuries. I wasn’t focusing on myself the way I knew I should have. I lost the control factor. I simply let myself go and lost all motivation.
What other diets have you tried? How does keto compare? I have tried to “eat clean” but always felt that I was not in control. I had to sacrifice too many things to get results which would leave me feeling defeated. The keto diet gave me control over what I could eat. I had choices and options that satisfied my cravings without sacrificing social gatherings or my taste buds.
What was the most challenging aspect(s) of the keto diet? Hitting daily needed fats and late-night sweet cravings
How did you overcome your top challenge(s)? I changed the way I cooked by adding more fats, choosing higher fat content foods, and experimenting with keto-friendly recipes that helped keep meals exciting! I used a lot of the KetoLogic recipes.

What was your favorite part about THE KETO 30? My favorite part was being in control of what I could eat. I didn’t have to sacrifice social gatherings. I made better choices that were keto friendly!
What was your least favorite part? I honestly did not have a least favorite part. The products and program made it easy to follow and maintain motivation throughout THE KETO 30.
