I’m Brandon, 32, and live in East Boston, MA. I work from home as a Virtual Supervisor. I heard about Keto in 2018 and tried it. It worked but then I got back into old habits. I was excited to try KetoLogic because it just seemed so easy. I’ve tried Weight Watchers, do my own diet and it worked, but I would plateau. With KetoLogic, I was able to feel a difference within a week, see a difference in 2 weeks, and the scale just kept going down.
Why did you participate in the KETO 30 Challenge?
I wanted to try something new. It looked so simple. Have a shake, eat 2 low carb meals. It allowed me to stay accountable and learn to cook better too. I was surprised to be full after drinking the shake in the morning. My favorite part was seeing my weight decrease. My least favorite was my sweet tooth and the temptations I had to want sweets. But seeing my weight and body change made the sacrifice worth it.
Describe your results on the KETO 30 Challenge.
I have lost 75lbs. I walk over 7 miles a day. Daily activities have become easier and seeing these results make me want to keep going and push on to do more. I dropped over 20lbs doing the KetoLogic 30 Day Challenge. I still order my shakes (chocolate is my favorite). I follow Instagram for recipes and made so many of them. So amazingly good. I have been consistent with the shakes, and low carb and that has resulted as of my birthday 5/21/2020, a 75lb weight loss. I feel great, have so much more energy. I still have more to go but I can’t thank KetoLogic enough for being a foundation to finding a better me. I even did a 0 carb challenge where my only carb intake was my shake. The results have been great.
What advice would you give to someone considering the KETO 30 Challenge?
Do it and do it now. It’s simple. It’s not magical or mathematical. Track your food/carbs. Decide if you want a shake for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The meals in between need to be low carb and there are many options. There will be temptations, so give yourself permission to have a snack here and there. But stay consistent with your low carb meals. Short term sacrifice for long term gain!
