Tell us about yourself.  

46 years old living in NY. Relationship manager at a national bank. Heard about the keto diet through a Facebook post from Tim Tebow. I started overweight needing to lose about 45 pounds, had high cholesterol and blood pressure. I have tried other diets before but was not successful. I tried counting calories but that got really frustrating for me. And I couldn’t maintain it. So I did research beforehand about the keto diet and I decided to give it a try.

Why did you participate in the KETO 30 Challenge?

To lose weight, lower my cholesterol, and feel better and get healthy. After I got past the first week with the “Keto flu” I started feeling good, my mood was better, had more energy, slept better and I started seeing my weight drop.

Describe your results on the KETO 30 Challenge.

I have lost 15 pounds so far, began my 2nd challenge in June to lose another 15 pounds. More energy, better moods, less headaches, better sleeping, lower cholesterol.

What advice would you give to someone considering the KETO 30 Challenge?

If you are in a position that you need to lose weight, want to feel better, get into a place where you are healthier and don’t know where to start, the KETO 30 Challenge is for you!
