Why did you decide to try the keto diet?
I desperately need to lose weight and get healthy for my kids.
What other diets have you tried? How does keto compare?
I have tried lot of diet type thing in the past and this is the only thing that has worked for me. I’ve tried weight watchers. With them, I did get a lot of points but was left feeling hungry. Once I started the keto diet, I didn’t feel hunger and had a ton of energy. So in my opinion, the keto lifestyle has no comparison to a diet plan! While this started as a 30 day challenge, it’s now my new lifestyle!!
What was the most challenging aspect(s) of the keto diet?
In the beginning, figuring out how to hit all my macros.
How did you overcome your top challenge(s)?
Keto Coach Lauren helped a lot. She was super nice and gave me lots of ideas to hit my target macros for the day.
Why did you decide to participate in the KETO 30 Challenge?
I liked that it came in a kit so to speak, easy to follow instructions and a group for support!
How did you feel while doing the KETO 30 Challenge?
Amazing! I had so much new energy.
What was your favorite part about the KETO 30 Challenge?
The shakes, they are amazing!
What was your least favorite part?
I didn’t really have a least favorite part.

Vanilla is my favorite because you can add so much stuff to make it your own!

What advice would you give to someone considering the keto diet and/or the KETO 30 Challenge?
Make sure you are looking to start this for you, not someone else. Self motivation is key!

I loved that my motivation helped my husband get on board!
