If you're in need of a tasty way to boost your fat macros and energy, these satiating and delicious Keto Fat Bomb Energy Balls are the perfect solution. They're made with KetoLogic KetoMeal®, an MCT powder full of healthy fats that can boost your ketones and support weight loss. Ingredients:

 

Note: To make bars, double the recipe, press into an 8 x 8-inch pan, and cut into 12 bars.

Preparation:

  1. Combine KetoMeal®, melted coconut oil, ¼ cup chopped pecans, nutmeg, and allspice in a medium bowl. Add extract and erythritol, if using.
  2. Form mixture into 6 round balls, about 1½-inch in diameter.
  3. Finely chop remaining ¼ cup pecans and place on small dish.
  4. Roll balls in chopped pecans to coat. Store in fridge.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup KetoLogic® Chocolate KetoMeal®
  • 1 cup Crunchy Almond Butter (No Sugar Added)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cardamom (optional)
  • ½ cup Pecans, finely chopped (or pulsed in food processor)
  • 1-2 teaspoons KetoLogic® Erythritol (optional)
Note: To make bars, press into an 8 x 8-inch pan and cut into 10 bars.

  1. Combine KetoMeal®, almond butter, and 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk, adding more if needed, with cinnamon in large bowl. Add ground cardamom and erythritol, if using.
  2. Form mixture into 10 round balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  3. Roll balls in chopped pecans to coat. Store in fridge.

  • 2½ Scoops (adjust for consistency) KetoLogic® Chocolate KetoMeal®
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, finely chopped (or pulsed in food processor)
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger (optional)
  • 1-2 teaspoons KetoLogic® Erythritol (optional)
Note: To make bars, double the recipe, press into an 8 x 8-inch pan, and cut into 10 bars.

  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder + 2 tablespoons (for dusting)
  • ¼ cup Avocado-Coconut Oil or Coconut Oil, melted
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, to taste
  • Dash Cayenne Pepper, to taste
  • ½ - 1 tablespoon Sea Salt, for dusting
  • 1 drop Peppermint Extract (optional)
  • 1-2 teaspoons KetoLogic® Erythritol (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Combine KetoMeal®, cocoa powder, oil, almond flour, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Also add extract and erythritol if using. Add more oil or almond flour to adjust consistency if necessary.
  2. Form mixture into 6 round balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and sea salt on a plate.
  4. Roll balls in cocoa powder/sea salt mixture to coat. Store in fridge.
