If you've ever looked at canned sauces though, you probably noticed that they tend to be loaded with salt and sugar. Little do most people know that sauces are very easy to make, and only require a fraction of the salt and sugar needed to create big flavor amplification. Check out these low-carb sauces:
Alfredo Sauce

We shouted pesto out as one of our favorite keto dips, but the truth is, it makes an even better sauce! Similar to chimichurri, pesto is an oil-based, low-carb sauce loaded with herbs.
