Foolproof Hollandaise Sauce {Keto and Gluten-Free}

Our hollandaise sauce is a delicious sauce that can be added to eggs, meat, and vegetables. With its 4:1 fat/net carb + protein ratio, it is the perfect condiment to many meals that can often save the day when trying to balance out the day’s macronutrients.

Ingredients you need:
- Butter
- Egg yolks
- Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce
- Lemon juice
Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of hot sauce
- Juice from half a lemon
- Pinch of Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- 1/2 pound of butter
Preparation:
- Put the first 5 ingredients in a blender. Microwave the butter in a glass measuring cup (cover with a paper towel to prevent splattering) for 2-3 minutes until melted and bubbling.
- Turn the blender on low and quickly pour butter through the top of the blender. Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
