  • Egg yolks
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Hot sauce
  • Lemon juice
Hollandaise sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Pinch of Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/2 pound of butter

Preparation:

  1. Put the first 5 ingredients in a blender. Microwave the butter in a glass measuring cup (cover with a paper towel to prevent splattering) for 2-3 minutes until melted and bubbling.
  2. Turn the blender on low and quickly pour butter through the top of the blender. Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
