It's a delicious and satiating way to kickstart your morning while providing fuel for your morning.

Ingredients:
- 12 ounces freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon unsalted grass-fed butter (plus one of the following)
- 1 tablespoon KetoLogic® MCT Oil + 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream (optional)
- 1-2 scoops KetoLogic® KetoMeal®
- 1 scoop KetoLogic® Coffee Creamer
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a large cup and blend with a handheld immersion blender. Another option is to put in a standard blender (see note).
- Blend on low speed until frothy and thoroughly mixed.
